• Daily correspondence & reservations: Handling daily correspondence and processing reservations.
• Event planning: Coordination and detailed planning of events, including the design of supporting programs.

• Administrative tasks: Creating occupancy forecasts, customer invoices, and planning and monitoring room and space occupancy.
